Dr. Aziza Sesay is a GP, GP Educator, Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer, Host, Speaker and Health Content Creator. She runs a health platform called ‘Talks with Dr. Sesay' sharing evidence-based health information on a variety of topics specifically women’s health, cancer awareness, mental health and health inequity.

Dr. Sesay is Vice Chair and Creative Director of Black Female Doctors UK. She is an Ambassador for the charities Eve Appeal, Wellbeing of Women, Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH) Hatfield Vision, and the Everywoman Festival. She is a member of the World Health Organisation Fides group and is one of the select creators of the first YouTube Health Partner Programme.

Co-Founder & CCO, Hertility

Deirdre is the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Hertility. A dual-qualified lawyer in England and Ireland with a masters in Medical Law from King's College London, she specialised her career in Venture Capital Law, before moving full time into the startup world.

Hertility is shaping the future of reproductive healthcare by pioneering unique diagnostic testing that provides data-driven and advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline and the onset of menopause. Hertility provides fast diagnostics, expert advice, telemedicine and care 'all from the comfort of one's home.'

Researcher & Academic

Hannah's research centres on everyday experiences and uses of digital media. Her work has explored the relationship between the affordances of social media platforms and how people present self and interact with others. She is also interested in what people think, and how people talk about, digital media in everyday scenarios. She has used various digital and qualitative methods in her work including: screen capture technology, API tools, interviews & focus groups (using elicitation and scroll back methods), qualitative content analysis, conversation and discursive analysis.

Sarah Graham is an award-winning freelance health journalist, specialising in women’s health and the gender health gap.

She is the author of Rebel Bodies: A guide to the gender health gap revolution  and founder of the feminist health blog Hysterical Women. She writes regularly for The i newspaper, and has also been published by the BMJ, Grazia, Women’s Health, Refinery29, Stylist, Guardian, Telegraph, and many more.

Her writing particularly focuses on the intersection of health and gender, providing a feminist angle on the wellbeing of both our bodies and minds.

Founder, Daye

Valentina Milanova is the Founder and CEO of Daye, a pioneering gynaecological health company dedicated to closing the gender health gap through innovative products and research. She founded Daye in 2018 to revolutionize period care and gynaecological health screening, developing diagnostic tampons for at-home STI and HPV screening. Her innovations have reached over 100,000 patients in the UK and contributed to advancing research on vaginal health. Valentina has also published scientific work in The Journal of Human Reproduction, The Journal of Endometriosis and Uterine Disorders, and The Journal of Microbiology.

Olivia is a brand marketer and women’s health advocate challenging the systems that silence women’s bodies. Her work focuses on closing the gender health gap by confronting stigma, censorship and inequality across menstrual and reproductive health. With experience spanning Hertility, London Women’s Clinic and Delivering Better, Olivia has seen first-hand how misinformation, cultural discomfort and bias shape real health outcomes. Today she leads brand at Mooncup - the science-backed, stigma-smashing period care brand trusted by millions - helping rewrite the rules of menstrual health and proving period care can put both bodies and the planet first. Through bold storytelling and brand activism, she pushes for more honest, uncensored conversations about women's health. 

Senior Public Affairs Manager, Essity

Kate oversees Essity’s public affairs and societal impact agenda in the UK, continuing the company’s longstanding partnership with In Kind Direct, through which over 2.2 million essential hygiene and health products are donated annually. Her efforts fortify relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders, enhancing Essity’s role inthe dialogue to shape healthcare policy across the UK and ROI.

Rhiannon is CEO of Clue, responsible for leading the company as it creates a medical-grade reproductive health app that can empower people with cycles from their first period to their last with personalized, data-driven health insights. Prior to her role as CEO, Rhiannon was the company’s Chief Product Officer for nearly three years. Rhiannon has experience across a range of industries and business models, including companies like Shazam, Vend, BBC and more. She has held product leadership roles in London, Silicon Valley, Auckland and Berlin, giving her a global perspective on customer needs. Charlotte brings almost 20 years of experience in charity governance, income generation and social impact.

In Kind Direct distributes new donated usable consumer goods from manufacturers and retailers to British charities working both domestically and abroad, included women’s health and hygeine products. Charlotte’s is passionate about services that meet immediate need, inform long term change, and are good for the planet. As an Ambassador for the Digital Poverty Alliance, Charlotte also champions digital inclusion.

Clio is the Co-Founder of CensHERship, the advocacy platform tackling censorship of women’s health content and businesses across online platforms. CensHERship’s research has been featured in national and international press and broadcast. Their first-of-its-kind white paper, Censorship Revealed, released in 2024 is the foundation for current policy-making conversation and legislative dialogue.

Clio is a women’s health advocate, author and entrepreneur.

Digital Criminologist & Academic

Carolina is a digital criminologist researching on the intersection of online harms and freedom of speech, with an emphasis on digital rights in the observation of social media platform governance, artificial intelligence, digital work and marginalised communities. Her work has been published in high-impact journals such as New Media & Society, Social Media + Society, Information, Communications & Society and Feminist Media Studies and funded by high-profile research funders. It has resulted in several citations, in engagement with tech regulators, NGOs and governments.

Anna is Co-Founder of CensHERship and founder of FutureFemHealth - a global newsletter and media platform dedicated to innovation in women's health, reaching 100,000+ readers in 107+ countries monthly.

Before her career in women's health, Anna spent two decades in corporate communications, PR and journalism - most recently as a director in a FTSE 100 global education company. Anna lives in Denmark with her husband and two children.

Creative Strategist

Margaux is a creative strategist and a portrait and documentary photographer - two practices drawn to the same territory: the intimate, unspoken truths of women's lives. As a strategist, her award-winning campaigns for ESSITY Bodyform/Libresse, including #Bloodnormal and #VivalaVulva, overturned shame, stigma and censorship of periods, vulvas and women's pain. She has brought the same thinking to women's health, disability inclusion, protection from abuse and animal rights.

Her photography turns that approach towards private landscapes of women's lives - their bodies, bonds, and shifting identities; invisible labour, pain and joy.

Founder, Repro Uncensored

Martha is a digital and cultural strategist and founder Repro Uncensored, the global nonprofit documenting systemic online censorship affecting sexual and reproductive health, abortion, LGBTQ+ communities, sex worker–led initiatives, and feminist organizations and activists.

In 2025, Repro Uncensored documented over 240 censorship cases through tools including the Report an Incident platform and the Global Censorship Map, exposing coordinated enforcement waves across major platforms and supporting legal, policy, and public accountability efforts. She also leads cultural initiatives bridging art, tech and advocacy, including activations at South by Southwest, the Dakar Biennial, Miami Basel, the UN General Assembly, and Commission on the Status of Women.
